Tarifas de servicios
Las tarifas por los servicios se basan en los estándares nacionales y estatales, así como en lo que consideramos el valor de nuestro tiempo, educación y esfuerzos. Si bien siempre tiene la opción de pagar los servicios de su bolsillo, muchos clientes optan por utilizar su proveedor de seguros para cubrir parte o la totalidad de las tarifas del servicio.
Some services like report writing and case management are not
generally covered by insurance.
Report Writing: $25 per 15 minutes
Case Management: $50 per 15 minutes
Insurance
Your Graceful Therapy clinician may be in-network with your insurance if you see it listed below. If you have one of the insurance providers listed here, please note that according to your individual benefits, your insurance may cover anywhere from 0-100% of the service fees. We are happy to help you discover what coverage your plan offers, but you may also call the number on the back of your insurance card and inquire about your benefits for outpatient individual mental health services.
Out of Pocket
If you opt out of billing your insurance or if we are not in network with your insurance provider, our services are available for the fees listed.
Intake Session: $200
50-Minute Sessions: $175
Equine Therapy Sessions: $200
We understand that there are times when the cost of therapy is too high for a family enduring financial hardship. We are proud to offer limited reduced-fee sessions to make therapy more accessible. To discuss these reduced fee services, please contact us. We also invite you to consider working with our masters level intern therapists that are available for reduced rate sessions of $25.
